Radcliff Wire officially moves into its new addition. As planned the new Shipping Department, Receiving Department and Quality Testing Department have relocated to their new quarters.
Our Annealing and Tempering Furnaces are now more accessible. Our Tinning Line, Production Lines and Inspection Stations were extended to handle more capacity.
This new expansion has made room for our new Straight and Cut Operation giving us the ability to shorten our cut to length lead times.
This expansion has also made room for our new Turks Head Line designed for precision and close tolerance work.
We have been able to add additional Spooling Lines that help cut down lead times.
We can now warehouse more round copper based materials such as OFHC Copper Wire, ETP Copper Wire, Beryllium Copper Wire, Commercial Bronze Wire, Jewelry Bronze Wire, Red Brass Wire, Low Brass Wire, Cartridge Brass Wire, Yellow Brass Wire, Phosphor Bronze Wire, Copper Nickel Tin Wire, and Nickel Silver Wire.
